In this workshop you will learn to see beyond the ordinary, working with models to produce unique portraits then playing in post-production with layers, texture, collage/montage. Using old world techniques combined with contemporary digital technology, you will explore the endless possibilities to create one of a kind images. I still embrace the straight photographic image, but I was trained early in my career by the legendary Adolph “Papa” Fassbender, to experiment and see beyond the ordinary to create with the mark of an artist, and I love sharing this passion for photographic art.
THE ERNEST BROOKS FOUNDATION WORKSHOPS – Brooks’ Photo Workshops seeks to stimulate, inspire and energize students and serious amateurs alike.

Equipment: Camera, lenses and “stuff” you work with. Tripod (optional…I find tripods inhibiting, and prefer to work with high speed ISO).
